The family suite layout was perfect for our needs.
The bathroom size in the economy room was quite small.

We had an enjoyable stay at this cozy spot. The location could not be better, just a short walk from the high street. The room was spacious and comfortable, which was great for our family, including our little one. The breakfast spread was truly delightful!
In my wife’s opinion, a small fridge in the room would have been great for snacks and drinks for our child.

Oh, mate! The breakfast here was a culinary dream—had the most delish Greek yoghurt with homemade granola. And don't even get me started on the comfy twin beds and fluffy towels! Perfect for drying off after a chilly day out.
The heat was a bit of a bummer in the bedroom, could've used a fan or some blinds to keep it cool. Still, everything else shone bright!

The breakfast blew me away—everything from the fresh pastries to the homemade granola was delightful! The room could've used better cooling, though. great stay! 😊

Really loved my stay here! The breakfast spread was amazing, especially the pancakes, and I found the outdoor seating area perfect for a bit of relaxation. Just a little downside was the minimal tea and coffee options in the room, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 😊

Had a great time with friends! We visited both Boat of Garten Golf Club and Carrbridge Golf Club, which were awesome. Breakfast was top-notch, with quality ingredients, and the rooms were really comfortable. The staff were super helpful and engaging. Great WiFi too!
Had some cold night experiences. the heating wasn’t great. It would’ve been nice to have the rooms warmer, especially after a day out in the cold.

missingWrote a review on 14 Junsmall bathroom
The economy twin room felt cramped, especially the ensuite bathroom, which lacked sufficient space for personal items and towel hangers. Thin walls allowed sounds from neighboring rooms to seep through, which might be a nuisance for light sleepers. Not to mention, some breakfast items left much to be desired and the overall cooked breakfast quality seemed to miss the mark of what a hearty, full Scottish breakfast should deliver.

we had an amazin stay at the park guest house! the room was really comfy and clean. The breakfast was top notch with lots of choices. the owners were super friendly and always there to help us. parking was easy to find there too, which is a big plus in aviemoore. overall, it felt very homely and welcoming.
our room was a bit noisy at times with thin walls. also, the shower could be better since it was electric and not very powerful.

Perfect stay after a long drive
Just spent 2 nights here and wow! Felt so comfy immediately. Emma was super nice and made us tea with biscuits right when we got there, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was delish, especially her homemade granola! Only wished the wifi was a lil’ faster sometimes. a great place to stay for exploring the area.
